In order for EBA to release the Contractor’s Lien registered against
your escrow account by Howard Morgan Consultants, the European Banking
Authority in accordance with the banking regulations of the European
Union, requires a charge of a minimal fee of 10%percent of the value of
the funds held in escrow ($70,000.00 x 10% = $7,000.00) to be levied
against the client. After receipt of your remittance, the mandate EBA
has been under will be fulfilled and we may finalize all prior
proceedings.
