With reference to the above, and to your email, firstly sorry for the late reply I had to
do some checking from my side. Your first option in your email will indeed take longer
at this needs processing, so as soon as we have confirmation that the complaint has
been withdrawn we will immediately reimburse your funds as you paid them, with no
commission deducted.
