In accordance with approved and issued “Notice of Inclusion” of your Securities and Futures
Commission account no. EPD764213-31, I hereby announce to you the eligibility for full
execution. Furthermore, to the provisions of approval pursuant to regulation H of BSP circular 92122 granting the “FULL AND SUFFICIENT RECOGNITION” in accordance to the Financial Services And Treasury Bureau Act of 2010, 06-94-BGM-456 (N.B. Peach, BP No. 674319,31).
This NOTICE OF APPROVAL further grants the releasing of funds upon the agency’s instruction amounting to sixty six thousand two hundred and fifty two dollars and ninety nine cents US Currency ($66,252.99) subject to compliance with the policies required under the Financial Services And Treasury Bureau Act of 2010, 06-94-BGM-456 (N.B. Peach, BP No. 674319,31) subject to higher security consideration in relation to the possible adverse related cases pending in any competent court in Hong Kong. Claimants who shall avail of the Notice of Approval shall free their accounts of any liabilities from any adverse decision or resolution related to their account.
Under this law accounts covered by this classification are required to place a 10% Inclusion
Bond exceeding the threshold level of $10,000.00 USD receivable. This representation therefore deems it necessary to enforce the appropriate Inclusion Bond for a total consideration of
$13,250.40 USD.
